Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our coaching services and offer the following satisfaction guarantee:

If after your first coaching session you don't feel the coaching relationship is a good fit, we'll refund your investment or help match you with another coach who might better serve your needs.

To qualify for this guarantee:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours after your first session
  • You must provide feedback explaining why the coaching wasn't a good fit
  • The request must be made before any additional sessions take place

Refund Eligibility by Service Type

Individual Coaching Sessions

For individual coaching sessions purchased outside of a package:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund unless there are extenuating circumstances (see below)
  • No-shows are not eligible for a refund

Coaching Packages (Starter, Growth, Transformation)

For our multi-session coaching packages:

  • Cancellations before the first scheduled session are eligible for a full refund minus a €50 administration fee
  • After the first session and within 14 days of purchase, you may request a prorated refund for any unused sessions minus a €50 administration fee
  • After 14 days from purchase or after the second coaching session (whichever comes first), packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person or converted to a credit for future services

Group Coaching Programs

For group coaching programs:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund minus a €50 administration fee
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start date are eligible for a 50% refund
  • Once a group program has started, no refunds will be provided

Online Courses and Digital Products

For self-paced online courses and digital products:

  • Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final once you have accessed or downloaded the content
  • If you haven't accessed the content, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase

Extenuating Circumstances

We understand that unexpected events can occur. In cases of genuine emergency or extenuating circumstances (such as serious illness, family emergency, or natural disaster), we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, even when they fall outside the standard eligibility criteria.

Documentation may be required to support claims of extenuating circumstances.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your full name, the service purchased, date of purchase, and reason for requesting a refund
  3. If applicable, provide any supporting documentation for extenuating circumstances

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider, typically 5-10 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed

Alternatives to Refunds

In some cases, we may offer the following alternatives to a refund:

  • Rescheduling: If you're unable to attend a scheduled session, you may reschedule instead of requesting a refund
  • Credit: We may offer a credit toward future services instead of a monetary refund
  • Coach reassignment: If the issue relates to compatibility with your coach, we can assign you to a different coach on our team
  • Service modification: We may adjust the service to better meet your needs

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

  • Administration fees
  • Services that have been fully delivered
  • Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded
  • Sessions missed without proper cancellation notice
  • Dissatisfaction with results when all services were properly delivered (coaching results depend on client engagement and implementation)

Special Promotions and Discounted Services

Services purchased at a discount or through special promotions may have different refund terms, which will be specified at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, the standard refund policy applies.
